In this section, we will think about "quantity" v.s. "quality" of education using example from Indonesia and India. Then, we will talk about the relationship between education and GDP growth. Moreover, we will explore job-education skill mismatch in Barcelona.

On the topic of migration, we will start with how Rural Indians use their daughters as insurance by sending them off to marry people in different villages. Then we will explore why poor households in Bangladesh are afraid to migrate to the city to find jobs. Finally, we will talk about the impact of migration on the economy.

On the topic of climate economics, each student groups will be finding a research paper to present in a short video. The various topics include the impact of climate change / temperature change on student's exam scores, student's school participation, worker's productivity, and farmer's well being.
In the online lecture, I present a paper on the cause of winter air pollution (PM2.5) in Bangkok.
